Quick Delete Duplicate Rows
The Quick Delete Duplicate Rows tool is a streamlined duplicate-row remover for your current selection with minimal options. It provides a fast path to clean your data without the full feature set of the “Find Duplicate Rows” tool.
How to Use Quick Delete Duplicate Rows

Select a range Select the range of cells containing the rows you want to clean. This tool works only with your current selection (no sheet or all-sheets scope options).

Open the Quick Delete panel Navigate through the Google Workspace™ menu:
Extensions>Text To Table Converter>Mega Tools>Quick Delete Duplicate Rows. -
Configure options (optional) The panel offers simple toggles:
- Keep first occurrence (default: on) - Preserves the first instance of each duplicate row
- Create backup sheet (default: off) - Creates a backup sheet before deletion

Execute deletion Click the “Execute” button to delete duplicate rows immediately.

View status message A status message shows:
- Number of rows deleted
- Backup sheet information (if created)
