Need to transfer content from your Google Docs™, Sheets™, or Slides™ into an AI chat interface? The Text To Table Converter add-on provides two features that copy document content directly to your clipboard, ready to paste into ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or any other LLM interface.

Copy All Contents

Copies the entire document—all tabs, sheets, or slides—to your clipboard. Perfect when you need complete context.

Copy Tab Contents

Copies only the current tab, sheet, or slide you’re viewing. Ideal for focusing on a specific section.

How It Works

  1. Choose Your Feature Open the add-on sidebar and navigate to the Document Tools section. You’ll find:

    • Copy all contents to clipboard (LLM) - For the entire document
    • Copy tab contents to clipboard (LLM) - For the current tab/sheet/slide

  2. Content is Copied Automatically The add-on extracts all text content and automatically copies it to your clipboard. An HTML modal opens, displaying the copied text for verification.

  3. Access LLM Providers The modal provides quick-access buttons to popular LLM providers like ChatGPT and Google Gemini. Click any button to open the provider in a new tab, where you can immediately paste your content.

  4. Paste and Use Simply paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) your content into the AI chat interface. The content is already on your clipboard and ready to use.
