Cell Value Heatmap

Cell Value Heatmap tool cell backgrounds को उनकी values के आधार पर heatmap की तरह format करता है, जिससे आप data patterns visualize कर सकते हैं और trends को एक नज़र में पहचान सकते हैं।

Cell Value Heatmap का उपयोग कैसे करें

  1. अपनी range चुनें जिन cells को आप visualize करना चाहते हैं उन्हें चुनें। यह tool आपकी current selection का उपयोग करता है (panel में helper text दिखाया जाता है)।

  2. Tool खोलें Add-on sidebar खोलें, Sheets Mega Tools expand करें, Cell Formatting में जाएँ, और Cell Value Heatmap पर क्लिक करें।

    आप इसी sidebar section को खोलने के लिए Sheets Mega Tools menu shortcut का भी उपयोग कर सकते हैं।

  3. Color scheme चुनें Color scheme options expand करने के लिए caret button पर क्लिक करें:

    • Stoplight - Red → Yellow → Green gradient
    • Blue → White → Red - Blue से white और फिर red gradient
    • Custom - Custom gradients के लिए min/max color pickers enable करें

  4. Custom colors configure करें (यदि चुना हो) यदि आपने “Custom” चुना है:

    • Min color picker - Minimum values के लिए color
    • Max color picker - Maximum values के लिए color
    • Colors को min और max के बीच interpolate किया जाता है

  5. Heatmap apply करें Cells को heatmap colors से format करने के लिए “Apply” button पर क्लिक करें। Operation confirm करने वाला status message panel में दिखाई देगा।

Numeric Cells

Section titled “Numeric Cells”
  • Values को min और max के बीच उनकी position के आधार पर gradient पर map किया जाता है
  • Minimum value को “min” color मिलता है
  • Maximum value को “max” color मिलता है
  • बीच की values interpolate होती हैं

Text Cells (Planned Enhancement)

Section titled “Text Cells (Planned Enhancement)”
  • Text cells को पहले character के आधार पर A→Z sort किया जाएगा (case-insensitive)
  • उन्हें alphabetical position के आधार पर gradient पर map किया जाएगा
  • Errors और empty cells unformatted रहेंगे

Current Behavior

  • फिलहाल non-numeric cells को ignore करता है
  • केवल numeric cells को heatmap formatting मिलती है
  • Errors और empty cells unformatted रहते हैं

Color Schemes

Stoplight

  • Red - सबसे कम values
  • Yellow - बीच की values
  • Green - सबसे ऊँची values

Performance metrics, scores, या ऐसे किसी भी data के लिए उपयुक्त है जहाँ आप एक नज़र में “good” बनाम “bad” देखना चाहते हैं।

Blue → White → Red

Temperature data, average से deviations, या neutral midpoint वाले data के लिए बहुत अच्छा है।

Custom
