Text To Table Converter Add-On में शक्तिशाली AI proofreading tools हैं। एक क्लिक में आप Google Docs™, Google Slides™ और Google Sheets™ के अंदर ही चुने हुए text या पूरी tables की grammar, spelling और punctuation की गलतियां ठीक कर सकते हैं।
यह feature भाषा सीखने वालों के लिए भी बहुत अच्छा है, क्योंकि यह वाक्य सुधारने और सुधार तुरंत देखने का तेज़ तरीका देता है।
AI usage: हर run एक AI request इस्तेमाल करती है। Free plan में हर 30 दिन में 25 AI requests मिलती हैं; Pro में unlimited हैं। Settings में AI Permission को AI की अनुमति देनी चाहिए।
Plain Text ठीक करना#
किसी भी चुने हुए text को बेहतर बनाने के लिए इस feature का इस्तेमाल करें, एक वाक्य से लेकर कई paragraphs तक।
- Text चुनें
अपने document में वह text highlight करें जिसे आप ठीक करना चाहते हैं।

Fix Grammar & Spelling सबसे आम विकल्प है, लेकिन sidebar और Fix Grammar & Spelling submenu कई केंद्रित tools देते हैं:
- Fix Grammar & Spelling: व्यापक विकल्प जो सभी समस्याएं एक साथ ठीक करता है।
- Fix Grammar: सिर्फ़ व्याकरण की संरचना और वाक्य के प्रवाह पर ध्यान देता है।
- Fix Spelling: सिर्फ़ spelling की गलतियां ठीक करता है।
- Fix Punctuation: commas, periods, capitalization और दूसरे punctuation को एकरूप करता है।
Tables के अंदर का Text ठीक करना#
आप वही AI सुधार अपनी tables के अंदर के text पर भी लागू कर सकते हैं। Add-on हर cell का text process करता है और एक नई, सुधरी हुई table बनाता है। आपकी मूल table नहीं बदलती।
- Table चुनें
अपना cursor उस table के अंदर रखें जिसे आप ठीक करना चाहते हैं, या पूरी table चुनें।
Google Sheets™ में selection: Google Sheets™ में आपको cells की वह खास range चुननी होगी जिसमें वह data है जिसे आप ठीक करना चाहते हैं।
- सुधार लागू करें
वही sidebar या menu path इस्तेमाल करें और अपना मनचाहा सुधार type चुनें (जैसे Fix Grammar & Spelling)।
- नई Table देखें
सुधरे हुए text वाली नई table मूल structure बनाए रखती है। Google Docs™ में नई table document के अंत में जोड़ी जाती है। Google Slides™ में वह slide के ऊपर-बाएं कोने में, दूसरे content के ऊपर रखी जाती है। Google Sheets™ में नतीजा Fixed Grammar and Spelling नाम की नई worksheet में जाता है।
