Google Docs™ और Google Slides™ में Image to Table का उपयोग
Section titled “Google Docs™ और Google Slides™ में Image to Table का उपयोग”Google Docs™ और Google Slides™ में, आप images को tables में दो तरीकों से convert कर सकते हैं:
Method 1: अपनी document में image चुनें

ऐसी image insert या select करें जिसमें table हो, अपने Google Docs™ document या Google Slides™ presentation में।

Extensions>Text To Table Converter>Selected Image to Table.Add-on अपने-आप detect करेगा कि image select है और tables के लिए उसका analysis करेगा।

Method 2: image upload या paste करें
Section titled “Method 2: image upload या paste करें”-
Image to Table खोलें Menu के माध्यम से जाएँ:
Extensions>Text To Table Converter>Selected Image to Table. -
Image चुनें या upload करें अगर आपके document में कोई image selected नहीं है, तो एक window खुलेगी जहाँ आप:
- Google Drive™ से picture select कर सकते हैं
- अपने computer से picture upload कर सकते हैं
- अपने clipboard से image paste कर सकते हैं

Google Sheets™ में Image to Table का उपयोग
Section titled “Google Sheets™ में Image to Table का उपयोग”Google Sheets™ में, Image to Table feature sidebar के माध्यम से काम करता है:

Sidebar खोलें Menu के माध्यम से जाएँ:
Extensions>Text To Table Converter>Launch Sidebar. -
Image to Table चुनें Sidebar में “Selected Image to Table” ढूँढें और click करें।

- Google Drive™ से image select कर सकते हैं

Image to Table के लिए Best Practices
Section titled “Image to Table के लिए Best Practices”Images को tables में convert करते समय best results पाने के लिए:
- Image Quality: ऐसी clear, high-resolution images उपयोग करें जिनमें text और background के बीच अच्छा contrast हो
- Table Clarity: सुनिश्चित करें कि table borders और cell boundaries दिखाई दे रही हों
- Text Readability: सुनिश्चित करें कि image में text साफ़ हो और blurry न हो
- Straight Images: best results के लिए ऐसी images उपयोग करें जिनमें tables सीधी हों और rotated न हों
- Well-Lit Photos: अगर आप documents की photo ले रहे हैं, तो shadows से बचने के लिए अच्छी lighting सुनिश्चित करें
